Back in March we saw new PS5 accessories revealed that had been co-designed between PlayStation and NBA superstar LeBron James.
Now we know that both the previously revealed DualSense controller and PS5 side-plates will be available in the U.S and a few other select regions, however the side-plates will be available exclusively in the United States.
You’ll be able to grab the controller in the US, the UK, Canada, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Benelux. It’ll be available to pre-order beginning this Thursday, June 29, 2023.
The controller will be priced at $79.99 / €79.99 / £69.99 / $99.99 CAD.

These accessories came out of LeBron joining the PlayStation Playmakers program, a promotional program between celebrities and the PlayStation brand.
James isn’t the only ‘Playmaker’ on the roster, but he’s definitely one of the biggest names on the original list, which according to SIE’s Eric Lempel, who’s behind the whole Playmakers program, will continue to grow.
Hopefully this will also mean more PS5 accessories, though rather than focus on just the celebrity, perhaps the celeb can work with PlayStation to design something for a big game launch.
