Perfect World Games has staple-gunned an August 8, 2023 release date to its upcoming RPG Tower of Fantasy on PS5 & PS4, as well as lifting the lid on a new character for the game.
As detailed on the PlayStation Blog, Liu Hou is described as a “spirited and formidable girl with an undeniable passion for martial arts.” Her favourite clobber includes a red dress that reflects her combat prowess and role as a guardian of Farewellville, and she also has a keen passion for the arts, such as painting and calligraphy.
To reflect Liu Huo’s personality, we put a lot of thought into designing her appearance, combat actions, and skill effects. There are many eastern elements can be found in Liu Huo’s appearance. Her outer garment is made of silk with embroidered golden patterns on the collar. Her weapon is a giant brush called Pine Comet, which suits her refined taste. Additionally, the character “霸” is written on her legs, symbolizing her dominant personality.
Meanwhile, the PS Blog post also reveals that Tower of Fantasy will boast full DualSense support, with haptic feedback used to great effect during combat, allowing players to “accurately access the current combat environment.” Haptics also come into play during key story moments and during racing segments, while the built-in microphone allows easy communication with your teammates.
Tower of Fantasy comes out on August 8 for PS5 & PS4.
