Blizzard has announced that it will host a developer live stream on July to unveil Diablo IV Season 1 in detail.
Kicking off at 7.00PM GMT/2.00PM EST, the live stream will feature Joseph Piepiora (Game Director) and Timothy Ismay (Lead Game Producer), and also feature key details on upcoming quality of life improvements.
Blizzard previously said that Diablo IV’s various seasons will be released on a quarterly basis and include balance changes, extra features, items, and quests, although players will need to complete the main campaign to tackle them.
In addition, Diablo IV’s season will include a Battle Pass that features 27 free tiers and 63 premium tiers, with the free tiers including cosmetic items and Smouldering Ashes.
Diablo IV was released on PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One on June 6, 2023 and made $666 million during its first five days on sale. Furthermore, Diablo IV was officially named as Blizzard’s fastest-selling game of all time, with the studio confirming it’s working on two expansions for the game.
